So far this year hasn’t been good for Ranbir Kapoor. Both his films Roy and Bombay Velvet which released in the first half of 2015 failed to work wonders at the box office. In fact, Anurag Kashyap’s period drama Bombay Velvet staring Jr Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar was declared the biggest flop of all time. With three films (don’t forget Besharam) failing to fare well at the box office back-to -back, one would obviously expect Ranbir to become more cautious. But looks like Rishi Kapoor’s ladla beta is going a bit too far. Well, I say so because apparently the talented actor is interfering way too much in Anurag Basu’s directorial venture Jagga Jasoos. The detective film co-starring Katrina Kaif has already been delayed a few times and now the Tamasha actor is making things tough.
Reportedly, RK paying attention to every detail and is involving himself in all the decisions being taken for the film. That’s not all! The Kapoor scion is also overlooking the editing of the film. It seems after Kangana Ranaut, Ranbir too is following Aamir Khan’s footsteps, no?
For now, Ranbir’s over interference hasn’t irked the makers of his film but in the long run his behaviour could backfire and that is the last thing Kat’s beau would want, hai na?
