The gossip mills are abuzz with the rumours of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif breaking up with each other. After Katrina broke her silence about her relationship with Ranbir Kapoor, things do not seem to be going quite well between both of them.
Reportedly, the the reason is rumoured to be the Ranbir's closeness to Deepika Padukone. The speculations of Katrina being uncomfortable with Ranbir and Deepika's chemistry started doing the rounds when the two started shooting for Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha.
However, it seems that Katrina is still trying to make up for it and get things sorted out with boyfriend Ranbir. According to a report in Mid-Day, a source was quoted saying, "It appears that Katrina is keen to make things work. She has been telling her friends about wanting to fly out with Ranbir for a few days urgently. She has hinted on a lesser-known place, preferably an island getaway. After celebrating Christmas with her family, she will fly out to the chosen destination and Ranbir will directly meet her there."
Currently, Ranbir is shooting for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil in London. And Katrina is known to head home to London for Christmas after which the two will be going off for a vacation to an unknown destination. The couple is said to be back in Mumbai on January 3 after which they will begin work on their film Jagga Jasoos. A source also said, "Katrina is keen that this project be completed to prove detractors wrong about her and Ranbir's onscreen chemistry."
Earlier, Katrina also chose to skip the success bash of her boyfriend's film Tamasha. And if sources are to be believed, Katrina wanted to avoid a face-to-face clash with Deepika.
On the work front, Ranbir will next be seen in Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Katrina is also preparing for Nitya Mehra's Baar Baar Dekho.
